1997Damon also has a history of success in the music industry. He was the Bassist for the band Naked (circa 1997), and co-wrote the Billboard Top Ten rock track "Mann's Chinese" as well as Gavin winner Top 40 Song of the Year "Raining on the Sky." Damon also produced the Latin Jazz record "Black Orchid" with legendary Bassist Al McKibbon.
2007In 2007, Damon while still owner of Departure Studios, partnered with film financier Michael Roban CEO of Cold Fusion Media Group. Cold Fusion Media Group provides financing for independent films in the form of finishing funds, tax credits and rebates, and mezzanine lending to qualified motion picture productions. Damon has left the company as of June 2009 to pursue other interests and is no longer affiliated with the company.
